A good day

Today was a good day, one I will need to remember after tomorrow. I find that if I brace myself for a bad day, I am more prepared and able to head off possible bad situations before they start. Yay for constant vigilance! It is tiring, though, so I hope I don't have to keep it up for three days solid.
It is most ironic that my two most troublesome classes can also be the most enjoyable. The kids show more personality. I hate when classes are too quiet and non-responsive. "Uh, anybody, uh..."
Tuesdays and Thursdays lately have been my "good" classes. We are on a block schedule, so I have Hours 1,3,5,7 on Mondays and Wednesdays and 2,4,6, and Seminar on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each block is 90 minutes. We have hours 1-7 on Fridays. Normally I hate Seminar because it mostly involves babysitting and shushing people. Today was fine, though.
I hope to be writing about topics other than school soon. That's what is mainly on my mind right now.
I had my night class and I got to drive home watching the lightening show. There was no rain which made the drive relaxing and beautiful.
