Nasal Irrigation For The Win!

I finally got up the courage to try a sinus wash. It was only scary for like the first second and then I realized that it wasn't at all like the feeling of drowning. Neilmed makes this nifty bottle that makes it really easy and not messy. A good rinse and it's like not having allergies at all! I wonder if I even still need antihistamines? I am not willing to let them go just yet.

I put the rinsing to the test today by doing yard work. I think I got rid of any allergens I may have breathed into my nasal passages. Yay!
