I couldn't stay away

I did succumb to the lure of the retailers last night. I went to Kohl's and bought stuff for my newborn nephew and a couple of tops for myself. I found a pair of athletic shoes at Famous Footwear, but they were having a "Buy one pair, get the next 1/2 price" sale. That made me mad. I didn't want 2 pairs and I would feel dumb if I didn't take advantage of the bargain. So I bought nothing.

Old Navy had some great long-sleeve T-shirts that were 14.95 each or 2 for $20. Again, that made me mad because I only wanted one. I bought nothing there, either.

Does any of this make sense? Perhaps seasoned shoppers will understand.

Meanwhile, today I intend to ride my bike and maybe go to Border's.
