Leavin' (for) Las Vegas
Apr. 21st, 2005 09:44 pmSo much wonderful news is going around LJ! I just thought I would add to it by mentioning that I booked my flight to Las Vegas today. I will be going in June with my friend and now veteran travel partner from the dojo. We plan on seeing Cirque du Soleil while we are there. The show they are doing incorporates elements of martial arts cinema. It looks really cool...
I will have fun in Las Vegas. The time I have will be what I make of it. I would never go if it were not for the National Ki Conference with the Deputy President of Ki Society International. What a combination: Throw each other around by day and stumble around by night.
Congratulations LJ friends on the new house, the raise, the new job, the new MFA program, the paintings. I hope that those who did not post had great days today, too.
