Snow on the Pumpkin

The snow is melting almost as fast as it hits the ground, which I consider a good thing.  Thanksgiving at my parents was mostly uneventful, which is also a good thing.  Mom made some low-fat alternatives to the stuffing an pumpkin pie.  No Rolaids for me this year!  That made me very happy.  My brother was not able to bring the nephs to join us, so I might go visit them today.  Thanksgiving with just me and my parents means a tiny turkey and only a few leftovers, which my mom loves to give away! 

Tower Cam Love

I could watch the Lawrence Cable Channel 6 Tower Cam for hours.  They play nice classical music and you can watch the cars drive around trying to find places to park.  This is my favorite activity on Snow Days.  I bundle up on the sofa with my coffee and watch the rest of the town brave the elements.  Sometimes the Tower Cam is aimed over the bridge or down 6th Street, but the Mass Street view is the best.
