Counting down to a new decade

That's right. I hadn't really thought of my life much in terms of decades, but I will start a new one on Saturday. People ask if I have special plans, and I am confounded. I hope I get some chocolate chip cookies, maybe some Oatmeal Stout, and a chance to ride my bike. Otherwise, I can welcome the new decade's approach pretty much the same as I would welcome any other day.

I may go to the Mexican Fiesta. That may be fun.

(If anyone wants to tie up wrap up, I mean gift-wrap of course, a date for me, that would be cool, too!)
