My phone reset to the correct time this morning and so did my computer! So far, no mini-Y2K issues at all with the early time change. (Wait, nothing happened with the Y2K bug, either, I remember now.)

I hope not to sleep all day today. I wonder if I was fighting off some mini-Y2K bug of my own or something. I don't feel sick. I hope to be able to report later that I did everything that I had to do today. I have MANY bags of recycling and 2 papers to write for my online class. I will be finished with 9 hours of graduate/continuing ed with only 6 more to go this year. I may go for 15 more, though, as they are not as time-consuming as I thought they would be.

Will [livejournal.com profile] shrijani let me do some laundry? I also wanted to get a passport photo for renewal purposes if I get cleaned up allright today. I don't have definite plans to travel, but I am thinking about going to Peru to hike, bike, and see Machu Picchu. If I don't make it there, maybe this is the summer for Moab, Utah for biking in Canyonlands National Park.

My phone hasn't updated. :(
I wonder if TMobile forgot.

Funny, I have T-Mobile and it DID reset. Of course, it was off for the night and when I turned it on the correct time displayed. Have you turned yours off? I couldn't be the only one with a properly updated phone...

just tried to turn off and on. no effect.
how annoying.
mine always runs slow too. no matter how many times i set it to the correct time, it would reset to T-Mobile time. so it's weird it won't update now.

T-Mobile corrected the time on all the phones in use at my place. Has it updated yet? Is there any way to change it manually? I've never tried. Dial 611 and give 'em hell!

Weird. I changed it manually and it stuck so problem resolved. maybe it's just because I have an older flip phone.

It could be the age of the phone, for sure. Glad it's fixed now, anyway.

At first I was thinking, "Dude! You don't have to remove the aluminum, just go straight to the bottle opener. (You know how I am about that!) Then I saw the Paper Trick.

Brilliant!

I would like to see if those of us with more, shall we say, "dainty" hands can also make that work.

You should stop by for your two hang-dry sweaters and fancy salmon panties you left over here after doing your laundry. Call me so I can hear my exciting new ringtones (that I made myself!). If your phone had Bluetooth, I can make you some KISS ringtones, if you want.
