I was telling my classroom roommate stories about going the the Salvador Dalí museum by train in Spain. Then we got on the topic of cooking and I told her that once I thought it would be cool to have my Spanish class in Burlingame make their own tortillas from scratch. After filling half the school with smoke, we decided we were better off buying them. She also knows I have been to Japan and Costa Rica. She said, "I envy your life with all your travels and adventures." She has a house a husband, and 3 kids, but has never been to Spain (can't you just hear 3 Dog Night?)

It was very cool to see my life through someone else's eyes. It does make me seem much more interesting.
