I went to the Kansas City Renaissance Festival on Saturday with shrijani and philrancid. Thank-you chernobylred, we had a good time! In the afternoon I met up with some other (non-LJ) friends of mine and we watched several of the shows. One of them was The Jolly Rogers, a singing pirate comedy act that has been popular at Fest for years. I couldn't help but think the guitarist looked familiar.

These are the Jolly Rogers. I am talking about the guy with the long hair, beard, and guitar.

I couldn't believe I saw him again after 20 (eek!) years and in the same place! I didn't get to talk to him, though, because they ran off the stage immediately to the next show and my friends wanted to see something else. I see he has a MySpace but I would have to set up an account with them in order to say Hi. We'll have to see.
